When you order on the Pionus Parrot Unlimited site all items from this site will be shipped separately from any items from the Bird Toy Catalog. Items from both sites can be ordered at the same time but will be shipping independently from each other.

All our products are guaranteed, if your order arrives to you in broken, scratched, smashed or any other condition, please notify us immediately and you will be given instructions on how to return an item. You are responsible to ship your item(s) back to us insured and obtain a tracking number as well. Once your item is received back into our hands then we will issue you a credit/refund or replace it, which ever you would like to do.

We have secure online ordering and we accept Major Credit Cards and PayPal. Our Shopping Cart also serves our other website of Pionus Parrot. We also accept ordering through the mail as well if you do not want to order online and you can use our PDF Order Form for printing out and mailing an order to us. We do not accept checks - please send a money order when ordering through the mail or use a major credit card.

Items ordered through this site are generally processed and shipped out within 48 hours after you place your order. Items on this site will ship through UPS and it can take anywhere from 4 - 7 days for your order to reach you, depending upon where your destination is from us.
